Do I need to track calories?

Not necessarily. We start with what works for you. If you’re comfortable tracking, we’ll use calories and macros to dial things in. But if tracking triggers stress or burnout, we’ll use habit-based tools like portion control, visual guides, or meal structure instead.

The goal is fat loss you can sustain — not obsess over. Most clients build awareness first, then decide whether tracking adds value as they go.

Can I still eat out or drink alcohol?

Yes — and you’ll learn how to do it without sabotaging progress.

We’ll teach you how to handle meals out, events, and weekends using flexible strategies like pre-loading, menu planning, and mindful drinking. No foods are “off limits” here.

You’ll learn to make aligned choices that don’t feel like punishment — so you can enjoy life and see results.

How quickly will I see results?

Do I get a workout plan too?

If you already have a training routine, we’ll make sure your nutrition supports it. If you need help structuring your workouts, I’ll guide you — with clear recommendations based on your goal (fat loss, strength, or recomposition).

This isn’t a cookie-cutter fitness app. Everything is tailored, and we make sure your training and nutrition work together for the best results.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you apply and we decide it’s a good fit, you’ll complete an intake form and get access to your private coaching hub. From there, I’ll build your personalised plan within 48 hours.

You’ll start tracking your habits or food (depending on what we decide together), and we’ll check in weekly to review progress, troubleshoot anything that’s off, and adjust where needed. It’s designed to feel structured — but flexible and human.
